EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager in the United States to lead enterprise-scale transformations that enhance supply chain performance, resilience, and growth. You will advise senior executives, shape strategy, oversee multiple workstreams, and drive value realization.

You will own program delivery, governance, and engagement economics while growing the practice through business development and thought leadership. EY offers a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Eight+ years of related work experience.
• Experience leading complex client engagements.
• At least four years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP and supply‑chain solutions.
• Leadership on at least two full‑lifecycle implementations (recent).
• Proven ability to manage large teams, multiple workstreams, and governance.
• Proven business development and client‑facing capabilities.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain decision intelligence transformations across multiple workstreams.
• Advise executive stakeholders and translate business priorities into intelligent solutions.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, and integration needs.
• Drive process improvements and measurable future-state capabilities.
• Provide data readiness, migration, and governance leadership for scalable solutions.
• Set delivery standards, budgets, risks, and executive reporting for programs.
• Oversee engagement economics including staffing, scope, and pricing.
• Guide change management, training, and post-go-live adoption.
