Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise transformations, shaping strategy and value realization across multiple workstreams.

You will advise senior executives, oversee data enablement, architecture, and delivery governance, and drive business development while building high-performing teams. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of related work experience, or seven years with a graduate degree.
• Significant experience in supply chain management, analytics, or digital transformation, with leadership.
• At least four years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics such as Aera/Palantir.
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP/supply chain solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Kinaxis).
• Leadership on at least two full-lifecycle DI/analytics implementations; one in last three years.
• Experience managing large teams, multi-workstreams, governance, risk, and budgets.
• Experience with business development: opportunity shaping, proposals, pricing, exec presentations.
• Industries: Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Tech, or Telecom.
• Ability to work in person at EY offices and client locations up to 50%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain decision intelligence transformations with platforms like Aera/Palantir.
• Advise executives and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Shape business requirements, future-state processes, operating models and system designs.
• Drive process and performance improvements across supply chain functions.
• Oversee data readiness, migration, integration, governance, and testing.
• Own program delivery, governance, risks, and executive reporting.
• Manage engagement scope, staffing, budgets, and delivery performance.
• Lead change management, communications, and post-go-live adoption.
• Deliver executive-ready work products: roadmaps, designs, and test strategies.
• Develop and lead teams, coach leaders, and drive talent development.
• Drive business development: opportunities, proposals, pricing, and client presentations.
• Build market offerings and thought leadership in supply chain DI.
