Job summary
Aramark seeks a Senior Manager, Line of Business Support in Philadelphia to lead supply chain initiatives across multiple lines of business including new site mobilizations. You will drive performance, partner with sourcing and operations, and shape strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
You will build strong relationships with business units, manage KPIs and dashboards, and align procurement to client contracts while ensuring operational readiness for mobilizations and ongoing site
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of procurement, supply chain, or business optimization experience in large-scale organizations.
- Proven ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Experience leading in a matrix organization with cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own supply chain performance across the line of business they support, aligning with strategic objectives and site needs.
- Serve as the main liaison between supply chain, sourcing, operations and site teams.
- Develop relationships with business units to identify opportunities and drive execution.
- Create and implement tailored supply chain strategies to meet business goals.
- Coordinate supply chain readiness for new site openings and mobilizations.
- Guide sourcing priorities to meet operational requirements and contract terms.
- Design and maintain line-of-business KPIs, scorecards, and reports.
