Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client, typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue. You will lead a team to deliver food service, facility support, custodial, and other services while ensuring safety and contractual compliance.

The role requires strong relationship building, financial acumen, and the ability to drive operational excellence. You will partner with finance, manage budgets, and develop staff to meet client objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities or Business Management.
• Client and customer services focus essential for success.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage clients and management.
• Ability to read and apply contractual requirements.
• Experience in service contracting or hospitality preferred.
• Proven leadership of managers.
• Budgeting, financial controls and analysis experience.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering contracted services with hands-on operations management.
• Manage client and community relationships; assess operations and plan improvements.
• Build and lead a management team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Recommend methods and resources for service improvements based on contracts.
• Partner with Finance to manage a budget and design financial/operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and maintain records.
• Uphold Aramark standards of operation and safety policies.
