Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and safety focus, delivering excellent service across food, facilities, custodial, and related areas.

Salary range is $105,000 to $120,000 with benefits; position may involve on-site management in New Jersey. Proven ability to lead through others and optimize operations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Ability to lead through other managers and manage budgets and financial controls.
• Strong client and customer service focus with relationship management skills.
• Experience creating and implementing operational programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services and hands-on execution management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location to optimize service and satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team to carry out organizational objectives.
• Recommends service improvements based on operational needs and contractual obligations.
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and improve financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Aramark standards.
