• Proven track record in multi-site logistics operations in wholesale/food service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop logistics teams across regional locations.
• Build and execute multi-year supply chain strategies.
• Manage 3PL/4PL partnerships and carrier relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations.
• Drive KPI performance: on-time delivery, fill rates, order accuracy.
• Ensure FDA, DOT, OSHA compliance.
• Own and manage the logistics department budget.
• Integrate TMS, WMS, and AI-driven forecasting tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and sales.
• Present performance reports and strategy to executive leadership.
