Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Illinois is seeking a senior leader to manage the Continuous Improvement team, guiding process improvement and business analysis across the organization. Develop vision and objectives for CI service offerings and align with strategic goals.

With 10+ years in manufacturing/ops and 5+ years of project management, you will drive capital investments,capacity planning, and cost reduction across HDM and related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or HQ business roles.
• At least 5 years of project management for consumer products.
• At least 3 years in basic marketing/finance principles.
• 3+ years of plant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Continuous Improvement team to drive process improvement and business analysis across the organization.
• Scope and execute large capital investments to enable Innovation or drive savings.
• Advise on capacity planning, cost of goods, and risk mitigation across supply chain and manufacturing.
• Develop and present business cases and options for senior sponsors; track progress against deliverables.
• Collaborate with external manufacturing managers and procurement to expand capabilities.
