Job summary

Mondelez International seeks an experienced IL6S leader to drive operational excellence across the supply chain. You will guide the IL6S program, align roadmaps with functional plans, and spearhead loss-reduction initiatives using TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and related tools.

You will mentor teams, train staff, and partner with senior leadership to secure sustainable improvements in revenue, margins, and cash flow, while traveling ~50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading teams in a production environment with TPM.
• Experience developing and implementing industrial management systems.
• Strong leadership and strategic deployment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IL6S program development and implementation across MSC.
• Execute Operational Excellence Roadmap with senior leadership alignment.
• Lead manufacturing loss analyses and coach regional resources.
• Build capability through training, coaching, and talent development.
