Job summary

EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Senior Manager to lead enterprise transformations, guiding executive stakeholders and shaping strategy across multiple workstreams. You will oversee data enablement, governance, and program delivery while driving growth through business development and thought leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain analytics or decision intelligence, with on-site availability up to 50% and US work authorization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
Minimum eight years of related work experience; graduate degree allows seven years.
Significant experience in supply chain, analytics, digital transformation, or decision intelligence.
At least four years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions.
Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP/supply chain solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, SAP IBP, Kinaxis).
Leadership on at least two full-lifecycle engagements with recent one within last three years.
Proven ability to manage large teams, multi-workstreams, governance, and finances.
Business development experience: opportunity shaping, proposals, pricing, client presentations.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in ambiguity.
Industries: Consumer products, healthcare, life sciences, oil & gas, manufacturing, tech, telecom.
On-site work at EY offices/client locations up to 50% as needed.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain decision intelligence transformations.
Advise executive stakeholders and translate priorities into AI-driven strategies.
Shape business and solution architecture and define future-state processes.
Drive process improvement and measurable capabilities aligned with goals.
Oversee data readiness, migration, integration, governance, and testing.
Establish delivery standards, governance, risk controls, and executive reporting.
Own scope, staffing, budgets, forecasts, margins, and delivery risks.
Guide change enablement, communications, and training strategies.
Deliver executive-ready work products: roadmaps, designs, docs, tests, and reports.
Develop teams, coach leaders, and manage client/internal resources.
Drive business development: opportunities, proposals, scopes, pricing, and pitches.
Contribute to market offerings, alliances, and thought leadership.
Support workforce planning, knowledge sharing, and practice initiatives.
Travel as needed to support client engagements.
