EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Decision Intelligence to lead enterprise-scale transformations, shape strategy, and guide multi-workstream engagements with executive stakeholders. You will drive data-enabled decision making, governance, and value realization across client programs and EY initiatives.

You will mentor teams, develop market offerings, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 50% depending on client needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Eight years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with seven years of related work experience.
• Significant experience in supply chain management, analytics, or digital Transformation.
• At least four years leading decision intelligence or advanced analytics implementations (e.g., Aera, Palantir, etc.).
• Experience integrating decision intelligence with ERP & SCM solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis).
• Leadership on at least two full-lifecycle implementations; at least one in last three years.
• Experience managing large teams, workstreams, governance, risk, and budgets.
• Business development experience: opportunity shaping, proposals, pricing, and client presentations.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Tech, or Telecom industries.
• Willingness to work in EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end supply chain decision intelligence transformations across multiple workstreams.
• Advise senior executives and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies.
• Shape business & solution architecture with future-state processes and operating models.
• Drive process & performance improvement aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee data readiness, migration, integration, governance, configuration, and testing.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, risk controls, and executive reporting.
• Manage engagement economics including scope, staffing, budgets, forecasts, and margins.
• Lead change enablement, communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Deliver executive-ready work products: roadmaps, designs, documentation, tests, and value reports.
• Develop and lead teams; coach and develop future leaders; manage client/internal resources.
• Drive business development: opportunities, proposals, pricing, and client pitches.
• Build market offerings with alliances, thought leadership and repeatable assets.
• Support workforce planning, capability development, and strategic initiatives.
