Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of eight years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and seven years of related work experience.
• Significant experience in supply chain management, analytics, digital transformation, or decision intelligence, including leadership of complex client engagements.
• At least four years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions such as Aera, Palantir, or comparable platforms.
• Experience integrating decision intelligence capabilities with ERP and supply chain solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, or Kinaxis.
• Leadership experience on at least two full-lifecycle decision intelligence, advanced analytics, or supply chain technology implementations, including strategy, requirements, process design, build, testing, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support; at least one implementation must have been completed within the last three years.
• Demonstrated experience managing large teams, multiple workstreams, executive governance, delivery risk, project financials, and third-party or alliance relationships.
• Proven business development experience, including opportunity shaping, proposal leadership, scope and pricing development, and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and to drive decisions amid ambiguity.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time, based on client and project needs.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise decision intelligence transformations across multiple workstreams.
• Advise executive stakeholders and translate priorities into decision intelligence strategies that improve planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics outcomes.
• Shape business and solution architecture by overseeing requirements, future-state processes, operating models, system designs, integration needs, and transformation objectives.
• Drive process and performance improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee data readiness, migration, integration, governance, and testing to ensure scalable solutions.
• Own program delivery and governance with standards, risk controls, and executive reporting.
• Manage engagement economics including scope, staffing, budgets, forecasts, margins, and contractual commitments.
• Lead change enablement, communications, training strategy, and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver executive-ready work products: business cases, roadmaps, designs, documentation, test strategies, and value-realization reports.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams; coach and develop future leaders across engagements.
• Drive business development: opportunities shaping, proposals, scopes, pricing, and client pitches.
• Build market offerings with alliances and thought leadership in supply chain decision intelligence.
• Advance practice priorities: workforce planning, knowledge sharing, and strategic initiatives.
• Travel flexibility to support client engagements as needed.
