Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Data Products and Analytics to lead the data product portfolio and the analytics team responsible for inventory productivity, ROI models, and supply chain decision support. The role drives AI-enabled analytics, governance, and enterprise-scale data stewardship across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, engineering, information systems, or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or supply chain decision support, including two or more years leading people or cross-functional delivery.
• Demonstrated delivery of analytical products on a modern cloud data platform (Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent) with SQL fluency and working knowledge of data modeling.
• Experience supporting enterprise resource planning data environments; SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) data structures strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Product Ownership: Owns the supply chain data product catalog and governance.
• S/4HANA Analytical Continuity: Manages the analytical data layer and post-conversion data source mapping.
• AI-Enabled Analytics & Workflow: Advances automation, AI-assisted analytics, and governance.
• Decision Support: Delivers executive-ready analytics and CFO-level financial models.
• Team Leadership & Capability Build: Leads a team of 4–5 professionals and develops analytics talent.
