Job summary

Xcel Energy seeks a Manager of Supply Chain Data Products and Analytics to lead a team delivering governance-driven analytics assets that transform enterprise data into supply chain decisions with measurable financial impact.

You will own the analytical data layer, drive AI-enabled analytics, and oversee executive reporting like the MSS Leadership Scorecard and Monthly Operating Review analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/engineering/information systems/business field or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years of progressive analytics, data engineering, BI, or supply chain decision support experience, with 2+ years leading people or cross-functional delivery.
• Demonstrated delivery of analytical products on a modern cloud data platform with SQL fluency and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience supporting ERP data environments; SAP ECC or S/4HANA data structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the supply chain data product catalog across governance and stakeholders.
• Directs closure of data engineering gaps in the enterprise lakehouse with the data platform team.
• Establishes data contracts, refresh standards, and quality thresholds for production data products.
• Owns the analytical data layer post-conversion and ensures alignment with system-of-record decisions.
• Leads automation, AI-assisted analytics, and governance within enterprise standards.
• Delivers executive decision support including scorecards and CFO-level models.
• Leads a team of 4–5 professionals and builds analytics engineering capabilities.
