Job summary

Walmart is seeking a leader to design, develop, and execute the Supplier Risk Management program for Goods for Resale, aligning Surety capabilities with Sourcing and the TPRM operating model. The role builds an enterprise risk framework to proactively identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate supplier risks across the organization.

Within the TPRM team, you will mature governance structures, deliver risk insights for executive audiences, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing,

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, or managing enterprise risk management programs.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and governance structures.
• Ability to lead programs from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Surety capabilities within the Supplier Risk Management framework.
• Define program strategy, governance, standards, and operating models.
• Develop risk assessment methodologies to identify and mitigate supplier risks.
• Facilitate governance forums and risk reviews for decision making.
• Prepare executive communications and reporting on program maturity.
• Support technology enablement and process automation.
