Raymond James is seeking a Senior Manager for RJFS Supervisory Solutions to oversee a team of Home Office Branch Managers and provide supervisory oversight to branches participating in the Supervisory Solutions program.

This role balances regulatory expectations with practical business solutions, focusing on developing leaders, guiding risk-based decisions, and partnering with Compliance and other stakeholders to deliver effective supervision across the firm.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in financial services supervision preferred.
Strong knowledge of securities industry rules and supervisory practices.
Experience leading direct reports or cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Home Office Branch Managers.
Oversee supervisory programs, resources, and controls.
Monitor activity, trends, alerts, and risk indicators.
Partner with Compliance, Division Supervision, and Stakeholders.
