Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Manager, Supervision – Money Movement to lead a supervisory team while personally handling complex transactions. You will coach, develop, and review associates, ensuring timely, compliant decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Advisors, Operations, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, and other teams to manage risk and improve processes, balancing leadership with hands-on supervisory work to protect clients and the firm.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of six years of experience in Supervision and/or the financial services industry.
Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
Appropriate series licenses such as Series 7, 9, 10 required; Series 24 acceptable in lieu of 9 & 10; SIE required.
Additional licenses/certifications demonstrating knowledge of industry regulation are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Money Movement associates while managing your own case load and participating in day-to-day supervision work.
Plan, assign, monitor, review, and evaluate the work of associates amidst service levels, risk, and priorities.
Review and approve Money Movement transactions using regulations, firm policies, and supporting documentation.
