Job summary

Repsol Renewables North America is seeking a Manager of Structured Finance to lead origination, structuring and execution of debt and tax equity financings for utility-scale wind, solar and storage projects in the US.

You will build and own financial models, coordinate due diligence, and act as the primary point of contact for investors and lenders, reporting to the Director of Structured Finance and CFO within a hybrid Houston environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/structured finance.
• Experience in U.S. renewable energy or power generation preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Experience leading multi-party transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day structuring, negotiation and execution of tax equity and debt transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models; run sensitivities.
• Coordinate due diligence across internal and external parties.
• Prepare marketing materials and engage financing partners.
• Mentor analysts and associates.
