Pattern Energy is seeking a senior-level finance professional to support development, analysis, project finance and valuation activities across wind, solar and transmission projects. You will build and refine financial models, structure tax equity investments, and present investment briefs to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related area with 4–6 years of project finance modeling experience.
• Advanced degree and/or CFA is optional.
• Project Finance acquisition, management or transaction experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modelling techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop financial models and analysis for renewable energy projects.
• Lead structured finance product development including building leverage models and tax equity structures.
• Prepare internal/external investment presentations and briefs.
• Identify investment drivers and perform sensitivities.
• Support asset due diligence and project value/risk assessments.
• Provide research and statistical analysis as needed.
• Assist treasury and capital planning functions.
