Job summary

FIGS, Inc. in Santa Monica, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Business Planning and Performance Management to unite strategy, planning and analytics.

You will coordinate enterprise initiatives, track milestones, and report on execution to ensure priorities are met and KPIs move as planned. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in FP&A, strategy or performance management, a strong track record building KPI frameworks and executive dashboards, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable objectives

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise planning, FP&A, strategy, operations or performance management
Strong analytics to identify trends and translate data into actions
Proven ability to translate company strategy into actionable roadmaps and KPIs
Experience with KPI frameworks and executive-level reporting

Responsibilities

Maintain enterprise initiative roadmap with milestones, owners, dependencies and risks
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive readouts
Create and deliver monthly enterprise performance dashboards
Define and monitor enterprise KPIs and targets
Facilitate progress reviews with leaders and track action items
Monitor discounts, returns, promotions and customer behavior
Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Analytics and stakeholders to deliver the AOP
