Tljus in Buena Park, CA, is seeking a Business Planning Manager to lead enterprise‑wide financial planning and strategic initiatives. You will partner with executive leadership and Korea HQ to drive performance, develop executive‑level business cases, and deliver strategic reports for decision‑making.

The role requires independent leadership of cross‑functional projects, strong presentation skills for CEOs/CFOs, and the ability to translate data into concise strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of FP&A, finance, consulting, corporate planning experience.
• Experience preparing executive‑level strategy reports and presentations for CEOs, CFOs, or senior leadership.
• Experience leading corporate planning, FP&A, strategy consulting, or business planning initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive leadership and Korea Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial planning.
• Own monthly close analysis and deliver variance insights with clear business drivers.
• Build financial models for revenue, cost, and profitability scenarios.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Translate operational initiatives into financial impact with department leaders.
• Identify risks/opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
• Handle recurring reporting and ad‑hoc, ambiguous questions.
• Drive process automation and improve report efficiency and data quality.
• Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and strategy reports for C‑suite meetings.
• Provide coaching and review of junior analysts’ work.
