Job summary

TD is seeking a senior operations and strategic initiatives leader to support executives, coordinate cross‑functional programs, and prepare executive briefings. Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis and prepare executive briefings.
• Coordinate presentations, media relations, and public relations efforts.
• Anticipate and manage short- and long-term objectives, outcomes, and initiatives.
• Support planning and decision‑making for a broad portfolio of activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
• Organize and participate in management committees and similar forums.
• Provide management information, issue summaries, research, analysis, and recommendations.
• Prepare executives for meetings and presentations, including agendas, invitees, pre‑read materials, and minutes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders, heads, partners, and corporate functions.
• Identify issues, determine solutions, and provide insight in response to questions.
• Track milestones and performance‑management processes and provide progress reports.
• Support Board‑level materials, financial analysis, and communication efforts.
• Provide operational support and process improvement.
• Support working groups and deliverables.
• Represent TD at civic, professional, and bank‑sponsored events.
• Support operational strategies and objectives for sales, service, and product delivery.
• Establish and execute business plans and goals.
• Develop and oversee operating budgets and budgetary assignments.
• Provide financial reports and budget‑variance analysis.
• Communicate business strategies, programs, and practices and operate change strategies.
• Optimize processes, technology, and people within TD’s operating model
• Monitor risk metrics and ensure operations remain within TD’s Risk Appetite

Requirements
