Job summary

TD Bank in United States (Maine) seeks a senior marketing leader to drive cross-functional programs, brand campaigns, and customer experience initiatives. Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications required.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience; TD will consider 5+ years in lieu of 7+ years.
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, supported lines of business, banking industry, and product/customer markets.
  • Advanced knowledge of customer and brand research techniques and ability to develop analyses and insights.
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations.
  • Ability to manage a budget within constraints.
  • Ability to contribute to strategic direction and advise senior leadership.
  • Experience managing agency relationships.
  • Strong creative lens and ability to influence creative outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects supporting development and execution of marketing plans, programs, projects, and strategies.
  • Plan and deliver brand campaigns, brand activations, and content, including creator-led content.
  • Collaborate with Media, Customer Insights, agency partners, business partners, and the Canadian team on brand campaigns across North America.
  • Design, develop, and execute marketing solutions supporting customer experience and brand objectives.
  • Manage projects from scoping and briefing through launch and fulfillment.
  • Develop actionable recommendations from customer tracking, syndicated research, ad hoc analysis, competitive monitoring, and external expertise.
  • Assess program effectiveness and evaluate marketing impact on business results.
  • Manage program and project plans, resources, budgets, processes, and deliverables.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on customer experience, brand image, standards, application, and execution.

Job description

  • Lead cross-functional projects supporting development and execution of marketing plans, programs, projects, and strategies
  • Plan and deliver brand campaigns, brand activations, and content, including creator-led content
  • Collaborate with Media, Customer Insights, agency partners, business partners, and the Canadian team on brand campaigns across North America
  • Design, develop, and execute marketing solutions supporting customer experience and brand objectives
  • Manage projects from scoping and briefing through launch and fulfillment
  • Participate in project scoping and preplanning sessions and advise partners on tactics and marketing solutions
  • Develop customer insights for marketing briefs and create creative briefs aligned with product positioning
  • Brief agencies and suppliers and deliver creative presentations to internal clients
  • Communicate project progress and changes in content, budget, direction, timeline, or status; escalated issues as appropriate
  • Capture and share lessons learned from projects and campaigns
  • Deliver marketing communications on strategy, on time, on budget, and error free
  • Develop actionable recommendations from customer tracking, syndicated research, ad hoc analysis, competitive monitoring, and external expertise
  • Assess program effectiveness and evaluate marketing impact on business results
  • Manage program and project plans, resources, budgets, processes, and deliverables
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners and resolve escalated issues
  • Evaluate corporate marketing processes and recommend enhancements
  • Support management of the Marketing calendar and participate in annual planning
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on customer experience, brand image, standards, application, and execution
  • Manage project budgets, billings, forecasts, and production efficiencies
  • Conduct research and analysis and support presentations and communications to management
  • Monitor service and productivity and implement process improvements
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with enterprise, regulatory, privacy, and internal requirements
  • Participate as a team member, contribute thought leadership, mentor others, share knowledge, and support a diverse and positive work environment
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TD Bank
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required

  • Experience with Quarterly Brand Tracking and Brand KPIs
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future need for TD sponsorship
