Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to drive procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation for clients. You will shape multi-category programs from opportunity assessment to value realization, working with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers to enable AI-enabled procurement and analytics.

Lead teams, develop value cases, and deliver executable roadmaps while balancing cost, service and risk. Travel as needed across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.
• Strong financial, analytical and client relationship skills.
• Leadership experience with procurement, finance and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases and executable sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, supplier analysis, sourcing events, negotiations and implementation.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance, resources and risk management.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams.
