EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation across multi‑category programs. You will work with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers, applying analytics and AI to enhance decisions, speed, and outcomes.

You’ll guide complex engagements, drive executive reporting, and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across pursuit and delivery while shaping client value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, economics or a related field.
• Seven or more years of relevant procurement experience with consulting and leadership.
• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.

Responsabilités

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases, and create executable sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, sourcing events, negotiations and contracting support.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance, workplans, resources and risk management.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams balancing cost, service, quality and risk.
• Apply spend analytics, market intelligence, and AI-enabled procurement capabilities with controls.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings and thought leadership.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across pursuit and delivery.
