EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will shape multi-category programs from opportunity assessment to benefit realization, collaborating with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers.

You will apply analytics, AI and emerging sourcing capabilities to improve decisions, speed and outcomes while mentoring diverse teams and building strong client relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, economics or related field.
• Seven or more years of relevant procurement experience, including meaningful consulting and leadership.
• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.

Mansioni

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop value cases, prioritize categories and create sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, sourcing events, negotiations and value tracking.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance, workplans, risks and executive reporting.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams balancing cost, service, quality and risk.
• Apply spend analytics, contract analytics, market intelligence, scenario modeling and AI-enabled procurement.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings, thought leadership and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across pursuit and delivery.
