Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Supply Chain and Operations practice to drive procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation for clients across multiple industries. You will lead multi-category programs from opportunity assessment through sourcing execution, implementation and benefit realization.

You will collaborate with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers, applying analytics and AI-enabled sourcing capabilities to improve decision making, speed and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, economics or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement experience with consulting and leadership experience.
• Experience delivering complex procurement engagements and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend assessments, develop value cases, prioritize categories and create sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, negotiations and implementation.
• Mobilize programs with governance, workplans, risks and executive reporting.
• Collaborate across Procurement, Finance and business teams to balance value, cost, quality and risk.
• Apply spend analytics, market intelligence, and AI-enabled procurement capabilities with controls.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings, thought leadership and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across pursuit and delivery.
