EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to help clients unlock value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will shape multi-category programs from opportunity assessment to benefit realization, working with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers.

You will apply analytics and AI-enabled procurement to improve decisions and outcomes, lead teams, and develop buy-side strategies across engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering or related field.
• Seven+ years of procurement experience including meaningful consulting and leadership experience.
• Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.
• Experience leading teams and working with senior procurement, finance and business leaders.
• Willingness and ability to travel based on client and engagement needs.

Mansioni

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management, strategic sourcing and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend and opportunity assessments, develop transparent value cases, prioritize categories and create executable sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis, sourcing events, negotiations, contracting support, implementation and value tracking.
• Mobilize and lead complex programs, including governance, workplans, resources, risks, engagement economics and executive reporting.
• Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams while balancing cost, service, quality, resilience, innovation and risk.
• Apply spend analytics, contract analytics, market intelligence, scenario modeling and AI-enabled procurement capabilities with appropriate controls.
• Develop client relationships, market offerings, thought leadership and account opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams across pursuit and delivery.
