EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Supply Chain and Operations practice to help clients unlock value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will lead multi-category programs and partner with CPOs, finance leaders and suppliers.

You will apply analytics, AI and emerging sourcing capabilities to improve decisions, speed, and outcomes, while coaching diverse teams and building strong client relationships across industries.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and strong procurement knowledge.
• Seven or more years of procurement experience including consulting and leadership.
• Experience shaping and delivering complex procurement engagements across categories.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work with senior leaders.
• Strong value case development, category strategy and sourcing execution.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

• Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management and cost takeout engagements.
• Lead spend assessments, develop value cases, prioritize categories and create sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct category strategy, market analysis, sourcing events, negotiations, contracting support.
