Job summary

EY’s Supply Chain and Operations practice seeks a Senior Manager to help clients unlock measurable value through procurement category management, strategic sourcing and cost transformation. You will shape and lead multi‑category programs from opportunity assessment to benefit realization.

You will work with CPOs, finance leaders, and suppliers, combining procurement expertise with consulting, commercial and people leadership, applying analytics, AI and emerging sourcing capabilities to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
Seven or more years of procurement experience including consulting and leadership.
Experience shaping, selling and delivering complex procurement engagements across multiple categories.
Experience leading teams with senior Procurement, Finance and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Shape and sell procurement transformation, category management and sourcing engagements.
Lead spend and opportunity assessments and develop value cases.
Direct category strategy, market and supplier analysis and negotiations.
Mobilize and lead complex programs with governance and executive reporting.
Build alignment across Procurement, Finance and business teams.
Apply spend analytics, market intelligence and AI-enabled procurement capabilities.
Develop client relationships and opportunities.
Coach and develop high-performing, inclusive teams.
