Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern partnerships to drive commercial outcomes and align incentives.
• Develop and communicate partnership metrics; manage governance artifacts.
• Create case studies and materials to scale offerings with alliance teams.
• Collaborate with BD leadership, Bain Marketing, practice/solution teams, and partners.
• Drive innovation and differentiation in partnerships with practice teams.
• Support internal enablement efforts across the organization.
• Navigate partner organizations and manage stakeholder maps.
