Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Commercial Analytics and Forecasting to lead global forecasting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, and portfolio valuation, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.

You’ll champion AI and GenAI-enabled forecasting approaches, develop robust models, and mentor a high-performing team across EY’s Life Sciences practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and relevant professional experience.
• 14+ years in Strategic Forecasting with pharma experience.
• Ability to lead forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale forecasting engagements across brands and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across functions.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, and lifecycle activities.
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to executives.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and governance across programs.
