TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Communications to lead internal and external communications for the Digital Data Networks unit, shaping strategy, narrative, and stakeholder engagement across global teams. The role partners with the GM and leadership to translate priorities into clear messaging and protect TE’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, English, journalism, or public relations.
• 8+ years of communications experience, with a track record partnering with executive leadership.
• Global B2B experience preferred with multinational exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical detail clearly.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience counseling and advising executive leadership and business partners.
• Knowledgeable about current communications trends and practices.
• Proven skill using digital/social media to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a messaging framework aligned to the GM's voice and priorities.
• Build and execute strategic communications plans for internal and external audiences.
• Lead executive communications rhythm for the GM and increase leadership visibility.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to the broader leadership team.
• Develop and lead communications for large-scale change initiatives (M&A, restructuring).
• Support communications at key sites across regions.
• Partner with site and business leaders to strengthen frontline communications.
• Lead crisis and risk communications to protect TE's reputation.
• Manage a senior communications specialist and support career development.
• Establish and report on communications performance metrics.
• Serve as journalist and chief storyteller to source compelling content.
