Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to guide programming across programs within the Biometrics team. You will independently plan, perform hands-on programming, validate deliverables, and manage external vendors to ensure timely, accurate outputs.

The role requires SDTM/ADaM expertise, experience leading projects, and strong collaboration with data managers and study programmers. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years in clinical research; SAS programming for phase I–IV in pharma/CRO environment; Lead Programmer experience required.
Knowledge of SDTM, ADaM and Define.XML; strong regulatory submission preparation.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic input to develop programming processes and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and standards.
Lead projects and oversee contractors to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
Program datasets, tables, figures, listings and submission-ready outputs.
Develop and review SAPs, CRFs, clinical DB specs and validation plans.
Coordinate programming activities with Biometrics lead, data managers and study programmers.
