Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to provide cross-program programming expertise within the Biometrics team in San Diego. You will plan, hands-on program, validate, and oversee vendors to ensure accurate deliverables across projects.

The role requires 7+ years in clinical research SAS programming, SDTM/ADaM, Define.XML, and strong collaboration with data managers and study programmers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in clinical research, SAS programming for phase I-IV; lead programmer experience required.
• Technical knowledge of SDTM, ADaM, and Define.XML.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programming processes, SOPs, and standards for the Biometrics team.
• Lead programming activities and oversee external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Program analysis datasets, tables, listings, figures, and submission components (ISS, ISE, DSUR, PSUR, IB).
• Review SDTM/ADaM datasets and Define.xml; generate supporting documentation for submissions.
• Provide programming and validation support for clinical study reports and CRO coordination.
