Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager of Statistical Programming in a remote/US-based role. You will provide programming support across programs, lead projects, and oversee external vendors to deliver high-quality SDTM/ADaM datasets and submission materials.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in clinical research, SAS expertise, and strong regulatory knowledge. Expect collaboration with Biometrics and data managers; travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience in clinical research, with Lead Programmer experience.
• Experience with SDTM, ADaM, and Define.XML.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input on programming processes and SOPs.
• Develop standards/tools to support clinical development analysis.
• Lead projects, oversee contractors, ensure timely programming deliverables.
• Program datasets, tables, figures, and submissions across studies.
• Review CDISC specs and Define.xml; generate SDTM/ADaM datasets.
• Provide validation support for reports; coordinate with CROs and team.
