Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to lead programming across programs, provide hands-on support, and manage external vendors for timely, accurate deliverables.

The role requires a strong background in SAS programming for phase I–IV trials, plus experience with SDTM/ADaM/Define.XML and regulatory submission standards. Collaboration with Biometrics and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years' experience in clinical research; Lead Programmer experience required.
• Technical knowledge with SDTM, ADaM, and Define.XML.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate programming activities; provide hands-on programming and validation.
• Oversee external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and review SAPs, CRFs, DB specifications, validation plans, TLFs and submission datasets.
• Review CDISC specs and generate SDTM/ADaM Define.xml with supporting documentation.
• Support clinical study reports and coordinate activities with data managers and study programmers.
• Contribute to programming standards and tools; lead projects and studies.
