Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager of Statistical Programming to support across clinical programs in a remote-enabled role based in San Diego. You will lead programming deliverables, review SDTM/ADaM definitions, and coordinate with CROs and study teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in SAS programming for phase I–IV trials, strong CDISC/Define.XML expertise, and experience managing external vendors and cross-functional teams. Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in clinical research, SAS programming for Phase I–IV trials; Lead Programmer experience required.
• Knowledge of SDTM, ADaM, and Define.XML; proficiency with regulatory submission standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide programming support across all programs and coordinate activities.
• Lead projects, oversee contractors, and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Develop and review CSAPs, SAPs, CRF specs, and analysis datasets.
• Review CDISC specifications and generate SDTM/ADaM datasets and Define.xml.
• Provide input on programming methodologies to support clinical development.
• Oversee external vendors and coordinate with Biometrics lead and data managers.
• Communicate effectively in a high-demand environment and manage multiple projects.
