Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager of Statistical Programming to lead programming across clinical programs in a San Diego-based role that supports remote work but requires some on-site presence. You will drive SDTM/ADaM deliverables, coordinate with CROs, and contribute to regulatory submissions.

You will manage vendors, develop standards, and ensure timely, high-quality analyses for Phase I–IV trials, with a focus on robust programming practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years' experience in clinical research, SAS programming for phase I-IV trials, Lead Programmer experience.
• Knowledge of SDTM, ADaM, and Define.XML.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input on programming processes and SOPs.
• Develop programming standards and tools for clinical development analyses.
• Lead projects/studies, oversee contractors, ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Program analysis datasets, tables, figures, listings, ISS/ISE, DSUR, PSUR, IB, and submissions.
• Review CDISC specs and generate SDTM/ADaM Define.xml documentation.
• Support study reports and coordinate with CROs and Biometrics team.
• Develop and review SAPs, CRF specs, validation plans, and TLFs.
