Responsibilities

• Provide state and local tax consulting to middle market and Fortune 500 clients to lower tax rates and ensure compliance.
• Manage multi-state reviews across income, franchise, sales/use, payroll and other taxes to optimize filings.
• Research nexus, taxability, and liability quantification for state tax issues.
• Counsel clients on state/local tax controversies and prepare ruling requests.
• Lead and mentor team members and support engagement staffing and profitability targets.
