Job Title: Sr. Manager of Sports Events

The Sr. Manager of Sports Events drives the development of national properties, large-scale events, and key initiatives in the region, enhancing brand image and creating points of difference. You will lead projects, working with stakeholders to maximize the impact of major regional sports events. Responsibilities include all aspects of event execution, from creative development to evaluation. You will collaborate with local teams to utilize all sports properties and Red Bull partners effectively, setting goals, identifying key scenes, and guiding initiatives following regional and national events.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in event, project, team coordination, and budget management.
2. Proven experience in event and project management.
3. Creative problem-solving skills for project execution.
4. Knowledge of various sports at regional and national levels.
5. Experience managing budgets exceeding $400,000.
6. Strong contract and negotiation skills for supplier and partner agreements.
7. Experience with communication channels and distribution outlets.
8. Background in TV and video production programming.
9. Proven ability to collaborate with local governments and understand approval systems.
10. Ability to foster dialogue and gain stakeholder buy-in.
11. Excellent planning and project management skills.
12. Leadership skills to cultivate a team environment.
13. Creative mindset with experience implementing new ideas and assessing results.
