The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering large-scale, complex supply chain management and transformation projects, including designing, implementing, deploying, and evaluating supply chain management-related business processes for performance improvement. You will work with client organizations to enhance supply chain performance through planning processes and organizational re-engineering. You will collaborate with teams to analyze client issues and develop solutions. Additionally, you will prioritize objectives, contribute to project planning, and report on project status. Expect to work with high-level client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and improve specific functional areas within supply chain management.

Minimum qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a supply chain consulting environment focusing on:
  • Supply Chain Planning & Execution OR Sourcing and Procurement
• Expertise in supply chain planning, helping clients develop and implement strategies around S&OP / IBP, and focusing on Sourcing & Procurement for effective and efficient sourcing and procurement processes.

Preferred qualifications

• Deep knowledge in areas such as:
  • Supply chain operating model design
  • Demand / Supply / Production / Logistics Planning
  • IBP / S&OP
  • Source to Pay
  • Category management
  • SRM
  • Procurement outsourcing
• Strong experience in technology implementation within supply chain functions.
