Position




Title: Senior Manager, Global Benefits

Location: US based, East Coast preferable.

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Global Benefits to drive the development, execution, and management of our global benefits programs across the Americas (U.S. and Canada), EMEA, and APJ regions. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the SVP of HR and responsible for ensuring our benefits offerings remain competitive, cost-effective, and compliant across 20+ countries.

You'll oversee our global benefits strategy, lead annual renewals, manage budgets, and spearhead wellness initiatives. This role involves close partnership with vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure flawless delivery and administration of benefits programs aligned with local market practices. You will also collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation insights and support the development of pay structures, bonus programs, and job evaluations.






What you will do




Develop and Lead Global Benefits Strategy
Design and execute a forward-looking benefits strategy aligned with company goals and evolving employee needs across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions. Ensure benefits offerings reflect local market trends while maintaining global consistency where possible.

Manage Program Design, Renewals & Implementation
Lead annual benefits renewals, program enhancements, and vendor transitions. Evaluate and recommend plan design changes to optimize employee value and cost efficiency. Oversee the full lifecycle of global benefits programs-from strategy and design through vendor selection, renewals, and successful rollouts. Leverage data and employee feedback to enhance value and experience across regions.

Ensure Global Compliance & Governance
Monitor and ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws, statutory requirements, and data privacy regulations. Collaborate with Legal and regional HR teams to manage risk and support audits or regulatory reviews.

Budget Ownership & Cost Optimization
Own the global benefits budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and reporting. Regularly analyze utilization trends and identify opportunities for cost containment without compromising employee experience.

Vendor & Consultant Management
Serve as the primary liaison with benefits brokers, insurers, and other third-party vendors. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance against SLAs, and drive accountability for service delivery and issue resolution.

Compensation Practice

Analyze market data and internal salary structures to make recommendations on compensation adjustments, promotions, and new hire offers.






What makes you an ideal candidate




    Minimum 10 years' prior international benefits experience with multi-national companies
  • Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years' experience, or equivalent, gained through education and experience, in the disciplines outlined above
  • HRIS / Benefits Systems
  • Strong business acumen, organization, multi-tasking, analytical, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Superior organizational skills with ability to work independently and with partners from around the world
  • Excellent employee and management presentation skills.
  • Excellent analysis and technical skills in benefits are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
