Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, finance, and/or inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP/OTC.
• Ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of logistics and data analysts coordinating with field operations.
• Drive data storytelling to align supply chain with commercial plans.
• Establish clear performance objectives and optimize Last Mile activities.
• Deploy analytics and BI tools to monitor KPIs like OTIF and inventory turns.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations Planning for readiness of launches.
