We are searching for the best talent to join our Orthopaedics team as a Senior Manager, GDCL US Spine, Supply Chain Field Operations to be located in Raynham, MA (Hybrid). For the right candidate, remote work options will also be considered.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone Orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our US Spine supply chain operations. Reporting to the Senior Director, US Spine, Supply Chain, you will lead the strategic design and daily execution of our US Global Distribution & Commercial Logistics (GDCL) supply chain network. This leader is responsible for leading the US Spine execution of inventory optimization and asset efficiency while developing the capabilities to drive regional platform performance priorities and metrics.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, GDCL US Spine, Supply Chain Field Operations leads and collaborates with the various team members within the US Last Mile; Commercial, Deliver Operations, Field Asset Management, Quality and Digital Applications to develop enhanced programs delivering asset efficiency, service improvement, and new technology. The role will lead the deployment of advanced analytics and performance management, field inventory entitlement, and set availability for the US Spine supply chain business unit.
