DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Supply Chain Launch Manager-Orthopaedics, based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Raynham, MA or Warsaw, IN. Remote work may be considered case-by-case.

The role develops supply chains for successful NPD launches and lifecycle programs, aligns with manufacturing partners, and drives operational excellence across a global program. You will lead teams, craft optimized supply chain strategies, and supervise staff as needed, ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, or R&D in a Healthcare Industry.
• Project Management experience, including developing and implementing processes for new or existing products/process and/or new technologies.
• Demonstrated ability applying project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and organizational change techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in data analytics and working in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the supply chain lead on large global NPD programs or lifecycle programs; orchestrating the Supply Chain readiness from Charter prep through GATE 6/stabilization and perhaps beyond including end-to-end supply execution.
• Designs and establishes value chains for new products or key brands to ensure alignment with key business functions and strategies.
• Provides strong program management capabilities to drive end-to-end value, collaborating with commercial, R&D, quality, Planning and other supply chain partners.
• Drives alignment to supply chain readiness process ensuring strong functional accountability.
• Delivers project communications to leaders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Builds strong multi-functional teams, providing input and mentor to team members.
• For those who supervise or lead a staff, responsible for subordinates following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations.
