Qualifications

• Florida Pharmacist license required upon hire
• Alabama Pharmacist license within 6 months required
• Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) within 18 months required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily specialty pharmacy operations and pharmacist functions, including clinical and legal prescription review
• Maintain accreditation readiness for URAC, ACHC and other bodies, with action plans and monitoring
• Direct end-to-end medication-access workflow with physicians, payers, and formulary/step-therapy processes
• Build and maintain service relationships with clinicians, infusion centers, payers, and distributors for continuity of care
• Oversee delivery to patients, scheduling, chain of custody, temperature-controlled packaging, and tracking
