Qualifications

• Licensure: Kentucky and/or Indiana Board of Pharmacy in good standing as applicable.
• 3 years minimum job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to designated staff ensuring quality service.
• Manage budgeting, variance reviews, and capital requests.
• Oversee staffing schedules for pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance including labor management and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with USP 795, USP 797, USP 800, and USP 825; oversee formulary management.
