Qualifications

• 2 years pharmacy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop training and orientation procedures for assigned pharmacy staff.
• Participates in candidate processing, interviews and hires; completes staff appraisals.
• Collaborates to develop staffing models; oversees work schedules and staffing coverage.
• Manages pharmacy equipment, automation and technology.
• Supports compliance with state and federal laws and regulatory standards.
• Acts as preceptor for residents and students; represents pharmacy in meetings.
• Oversees operational excellence and fiscal management of the department.
