Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years in healthcare operations, pharmacy services, or revenue-cycle functions.
Experience in specialty pharmacy, medication access services, PA management, and financial assistance programs strongly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership, change management, and data-driven process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of Pharmacy Technician Navigators, including hiring, onboarding, and performance development.
Oversees daily operations of technician navigator services across specialty clinics and ensures staffing and workload balance.
Develops and maintains standardized workflows, SOPs, and documentation practices.
Leads development and oversight of dashboards and KPIs to measure program performance and impact.
Collaborates with ambulatory and specialty pharmacy leadership to align services with organizational goals and drive program growth.
