Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Manager of Specialty Pharmacy Navigation Services to lead Pharmacy Technician Navigators and standardize medication access workflows within ambulatory clinics. The role partners with pharmacy and clinic leadership to improve patient access, adherence, and financial outcomes while driving program growth.

You will own operational dashboards and KPIs, supervise up to 30 FTEs, ensure SOP compliance, and support accreditation activities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations or pharmacy services experience.
Experience leading teams and managing workflows in a specialty pharmacy setting.
Proficient with EHRs, pharmacy systems, payer processes, and access workflows.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of Pharmacy Technician Navigators and performance development.
Oversees daily operations across specialty clinics and ensures standardized workflows.
Leads dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven improvements.
Supports accreditation activities and quality improvement initiatives.
Partners with leadership to expand services and optimize patient access and affordability.
